Bilston Town FC. Wolverhampton. What a club. Founded in 1894 and initially know as Bilston United. Reached the second round of the FA Cup in 1972-73. Record attendance of 8000 against Wolverhampton Wanderers in 1953. The club is now on course for a big come back.
The club has 16mt columns with very old basic LEDs, we replaced them with the state of the art Philips LEDs. Also we were not happy with the existing post tops so we decided to replace all of the old post tops with new.
On the switch on, the club could not believe the difference. They were as we say “Over the moon”
A massive thank you to the Football Foundation for funding most of the install.
As I have to say again, “Sports Lighting doing what we do best”
